Items must be returned within 24 hours of the rental end date. Late returns incur a $25/day fee. All pieces are dry-cleaned between rentals. In case of damage, our team will assess and communicate costs within 48 hours.
Loved it? Any rental piece can be purchased at its RRP. Simply reach out to hello@kaia.com within 48 hours of returning the item and we'll set up a purchase.
